San José - La Salle School, Guayaquil - Ecuador. 

University of Guayaquil. Licentiate in Law and Social Sciences, 1964; Doctor in Law, 1968.

DOCENT EXPERIENCE:

Professor of Tax Law since 1983 to this date, University of Guayaquil.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Member of the Guayas' Bar Association since 1968.

Regional Director of the Secretary of Industries, Commerce and Integration, 1981.

Delegate of Ecuador to the Banking Law Conferences in Sao Paulo, Brazil, 1982; in Santiago de Chile, 1986; and in

San José de Costa Rica, 1988, where he made a presentation about the use of the expression 'and/or' in Banking Contracts.

Alternate Magistrate of the Second Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Guayaquil.

Director of Legal Department of Banco La Previsora, 1982-1983.

Director of Legal Department of Banco Amazonas, 1983-2001.

Tax Advisor for several local banks and companies.
